Guided Gen (“we,” “us”) helps wellness coaches create personalized guided meditations, including in a coach’s own cloned voice. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. Voice recordings and the information you enter about your clients are sensitive, so we describe them specifically below.

What we collect

  • Account details — your email address and, if you sign in with Google, your Google account identifier.
  • Brand voice profile — your display name, tone, and signature style.
  • Voice recordings — the audio sample you record to create a voice clone.
  • Client information you enter — names, goals, and notes you choose to add for your own clients.
  • Meditations you generate — the scripts and audio files produced in the app.
  • Usage data — actions like generating, sharing, and playing a meditation, used to run and improve the product.
  • Demo tool submissions — if you use the public “your voice” tool, the email address you provide and the details of the sample you request.

Voice data and consent

We create voice clones only with your explicit consent, and only for your own voice or a voice you are authorized to use. When you clone a voice through your account, the audio sample is sent to our voice provider (ElevenLabs) to create the clone and is not retained in our own storage afterward. We keep a record of your consent (including the date and a hashed IP address). You can ask us to delete your voice clone at any time. Voice cloning is not offered in certain regions with specific biometric-privacy laws.

The public demo tool creates a temporary clone to generate a single sample and then deletes that clone immediately — we do not keep a voiceprint from the demo.

How we use your data

  • To provide the service — generate scripts and audio, store your library, and deliver shared links.
  • To operate your account and process payments.
  • To understand usage and improve the product.
  • To communicate with you about your account and, where you’ve opted in, product updates.

Service providers

We share data with the vendors that make the product work, only as needed to provide it:

  • Supabase — database, authentication, and file storage.
  • ElevenLabs — voice cloning and speech synthesis.
  • OpenAI and Anthropic — meditation script and stock-voice audio generation.
  • Stripe — subscription billing (we never store your full card details).
  • Vercel — hosting.
  • PostHog — product analytics.

We do not sell your personal information.

Retention and deletion

We keep your data for as long as your account is active. You can ask us to delete your account, your voice clone, or specific meditations at any time, and we will delete the associated data except where we must retain it for legal or accounting reasons.

Your choices

You can access, correct, or delete your information, export your meditations as audio, and cancel your subscription from the billing portal. To make a request, contact us at the address below.
