These terms govern your use of Guided Gen. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.
The service
Guided Gen lets wellness coaches generate personalized guided meditation scripts and audio, including in a coach’s own cloned voice, and share them with clients. Features and limits may change over time.
Your account
You must provide accurate information and keep your login secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must be old enough to enter a binding contract in your jurisdiction.
Voice cloning — own voice only
You may create a voice clone only from your own voice, or a voice you have clear, documented permission to use. You confirm this consent when you create a clone. You may not use the service to impersonate anyone or to clone a voice without authorization. We may remove voices and suspend accounts that violate this.
Acceptable use
Don’t use Guided Gen to create unlawful, harmful, deceptive, or infringing content, to harass anyone, or to attempt to disrupt the service. Client information you enter must be information you are permitted to store and use.
Your content
You own the meditations you create. You grant us the limited rights needed to host, process, and deliver them (for example, to store audio and serve the links you share). Where you have given the separate content-reuse consent, you allow us to use anonymized patterns to improve our models; you can decline or withdraw that consent without losing access to the core product.
Billing
Paid plans start after a 14-day free trial that does not require a card. Subscriptions renew until cancelled. Meditations generated in your own cloned voice may be billed separately as described on the pricing page. You can change or cancel your plan at any time from the billing portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and fees already charged are non-refundable except where required by law.

Guided Gen is a wellness tool. It does not provide medical, psychological, or therapeutic advice and is not a substitute for professional care.
Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
Changes and termination
We may update these terms; material changes will be posted here with a new date. We may suspend or end accounts that violate these terms. You may stop using the service at any time.
